Pre-release Snapshot- Planbook Plus

Planbook Plus is the tool to use to optimize your lesson planning, but with its new upcoming features, it can be the solution to even more of your educational needs. In the next few weeks we will be releasing feature articles to describe in depth what’s coming this Memorial Day. This snapshot is a brief overview of the features to come.

Gradebook

With the next feature release, teachers will have the added ability to keep track of grades within Planbook Plus. Instead of utilizing one tool to streamline your lesson planning and another to organize the result of that planning, Planbook Plus is presenting the ability to do it all in one place.

Student Logins

Coming this Memorial Day, teachers will have the ability to create logins for their students. Each student will receive a username and password that they can use to log into Planbook Plus. From here, they will be able to view the lesson plans, access materials, and view earned grades. With this new capability, Planbook Plus now goes well beyond exposing lesson plans and resources to students, laying a foundation for tracking student grades and individual performance.

eLearning

The eLearning feature puts Planbook Plus into the Swiss Army knife category of educational tools. In addition to its current features, this multi-functional tool will integrate the ability to utilize over 1,500 lessons in over 30 different curricula to supplement instruction. While integrating seamlessly into the new gradebook, these lessons are complete with learning components, guided practice and assessments. Planbook Plus users will have access to grade level and topic specific lessons at the click of a button. Whether as a means to diversify instruction, or as additional practice on difficult topics, the eLearning component is sure to simplify lesson planning. Check homework off of your to-do list with this great new feature.
